The following is the biographical sketch of Fang Weifeng:

Fang Weifeng, male, born in May 1966, is an ethnic Han Chinese from Yuzhou, Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1985 and entered into the workforce in August 1989. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws.

He is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group, secretary-general of People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, and the secretary for the Party Leadership Group of the General Office.

In charge of work of the General Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government. Assist in managing Shaanxi Province Bureau for Letters and Calls, Legislative Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, Research Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government (Shaanxi Development Research Center), the Office of Shaanxi Chronicles and Shaanxi Archives Bureau.
